The Arc

Four chapters. One compounding loop.

Every time I learned something, I built something. Every time I built something, I gave it away. The demo I ran in the first few weeks became training material the whole team was using. The business case I stayed up finishing became a visual calculator we use live in customer calls. The AI experiments became a playbook. The playbook became a system. The system became the team's strategy.
